Delta Airlines receive backlash for the discrimination against female black Doctor

After the incident aboard a Delta Airline flight on Sunday involving Dr. Tamika Cross, the chief OBGYN resident at the Harris Health Lyndon B Johnson Hospital  and a Delta Flight attendant who didn't believe she was a Doctor, Delta Airlines have commenced an investigation to find out what really happened and why the attendant acted the way she did.
Since the incident, Delta Airlines has received heavy backlash over the discrimination and a lot of customers have flooded their Facebook page to demand the attendant gets fired and Dr. Cook compensated for the disrespect.
Delta Spokeswoman, Catherine Siena stated, “Discrimination of any kind is never acceptable. We've been in contact with Dr. Cross and one of our senior leaders is reaching out to assure her that we're completing a full investigation.”
