Great Britain's Alistair Brownlee has become the first person to successfully defend his Olympic triathlon title.
The athlete finished the 1.5km swim, 40km bike ride and 10km run six seconds ahead of younger sibling Jonny who took silver.
Jonny, 26, went one better than his performance in London 2012.
On Rio's Copacabana, the pair from Leeds finished comfortably clear of South Africa's bronze medallist Henri Schoeman.
They are the first brothers to finish one and two at an Olympics since Italian horse riders Piero and Raimondo D'Inzeo in Rome in 1960.
Meanwhile, Great Britain's Hannah Mills and Saskia Clark have won the women's sailing 470 class.
Team GB now has 21 golds at the Rio Games.
