Mr Sola Ogunwale, the new Divisional Police Officer (DPO) in charge of Sango-Ota, Ogun, has promised to support other sister agencies to reduce the gridlock in Sango-Ota and environs.
Ogunwale gave the promise on Saturday during a courtesy visit to the Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corps (TRACE) office in Ota.

He said that his division would continue to strengthen the existing relations already put in place by the former DPO to check the excesses of motorists.
In addition to ensuring the free flow of traffic, he also urged TRACE and FRSC to ensure safety of lives and properties.
” The purpose of my courtesy visit is to consolidate on the existing platform as well as in furtherance of the relationship among the sister agencies in order to deliver better services to the people,” he said.
The police boss urged the agencies to refer any challenge encountered by officials to his office.
In his response, Mr Adekunle Ajibade, the Unit Commander of TRACE in Sango-Ota, said that the new police boss should give his best in ensuring sanity on major roads in the area.
Ajibade also implored Ogunwale to use his wealth of experience in creating new ideas that could enhance the quality of traffic operation in his environs.
